Developed an initial storytelling idea into a multi-episode documentary series capturing the flood, recovery, partnerships and future of mitigation in Merritt.

Assisted with a temporary capacity gap and brought together information from across City departments and translated it into a clear, cohesive account of Merritt’s work and progress.
